Performance Warranty
We do not offer "Best Effort" SLAs.
We offer cryptographic guarantees of execution latency.
1. The 50µs Guarantee
ZeroCopy Systems guarantees that the internal processing latency of the Sovereign Pod (defined as Ingress Timestamp minus Egress Timestamp) shall not exceed 50 microseconds for 99% of signed transactions in any rolling 24-hour period.
2. The Penalty
If the Sovereign Pod fails to meet the P99 latency requirement, the Client is entitled to a 100% refund of the monthly license fee for that billing period.
Exclusion: This warranty applies exclusively to the code execution within the Nitro Enclave. Network latency introduced by AWS infrastructure (Grid jitter), Client VPC misconfiguration, or Blockchain RPC nodes is verified by the "Jitter Tax" Oracle and excluded from this warranty.
3. Claim Process
Clients must submit the Attestation Log (generated by the `zcp monitor` sidecar) proving the latency spike. Our automated verification system will validate the cryptographic timestamps signed by the Enclave.
Approvals are deterministic. If the math validity check passes, the refund is issued immediately via Stripe.
